This study aims to investigate how corporate benefits impact the attraction, selection, and retention of Generation Z professionals. This generation, known for valuing purpose, flexibility, and quality of life, is redefining expectations in the workplace. A well-structured recruitment and selection process is essential for choosing the desired profile, but it is not sufficient to ensure retention. The lack of organizational strategies that adapt to these new demands can lead to high turnover and talent loss. We found that personalized benefits, an emphasis on flexibility, and initiatives that promote work-life balance are crucial elements in attracting and retaining this generation. Organizations that adapt their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to the needs and values of Generation Z gain a competitive advantage in attracting and engaging these professionals. To theoretically support the research, we conducted literature reviews on Generation Z, talent management, employer branding, and the role of benefits in the career trajectory. The relevance of this study lies in offering subsidies that assist Human Resources departments and leaders in creating more effective benefits policies, favoring a collaborative work environment and reducing turnover rates.
