Hyaluronic acid lip filler has become a widely used technique in orofacial harmonization, aiming to correct disproportions and enhance the aesthetic appearance of the lips. This study aims to report a clinical case of lip asymmetry correction through hyaluronic acid filler, highlighting the technique and the effectiveness of the achieved outcomes. Lip augmentation is not merely an aesthetic procedure; it can also positively influence self-confidence and self-image perception. This case report reinforces the importance of an individualized approach to lip augmentation, taking into account the patient's unique anatomy and specific needs.
