Democratic Management: Collective and Participatory Construction on Educational Quality at Full-Time High School Jacob Nobre de Oliveira Benevides in Banabuiú- Ceará-Brazil

Abstract

Discussing Democratic Management is addressing the issue of quality teaching, as both are interconnected. Education is the pillar of every society and the search for quality education as a way of democratizing access and exercise of citizenship needs to be the constant struggle of every fair society. In view of this, the proposal is presented to recognize the importance of Democratic Management in the public school space in all aspects, from the inclusion of everyone involved in decision-making to the full development of the student, for this, a study is presented bibliographic review. In this way, the study presents itself as a reflective analysis of Democratic Management as a path to quality education. This work is divided into two moments: Reflections on the topic of School Management in the context of public schools based on renowned authors and critics: Analysis of the result obtained through research carried out in a state public school in Ceará.
