Schadenfreude is a term linked to the malicious pleasure derived from observing another person's misfortune, bringing into its meaning an unhappy feeling. Lawfare is a term that has no fixed definition. It is generally understood to be the misuse of the law as a means to achieve military objectives. He would be concerned with the instrumentalization of the law to achieve strategic political ends. The idea is to eliminate, delegitimize or incapacitate opponents. It is the aim of this study to review such phenomena to highlight how law is situated within a broader political terrain, as well as moral and social decision-making.
