Redes de Colaboração como Estratégia de Inovação

Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar a contribuição das redes de colaboração para o sucesso na implantação de inovações nas empresas. A questão de pesquisa a ser estudada é: Qual a contribuição das redes de colaboração para a implantação de inovações? Uma Revisão de Literatura foi efetuada e o software VOSviewer foi utilizado para a construção de mapas conceituais que apresentam o resultado da pesquisa. O resultado permitiu constatar que as redes são importantes para melhorar a velocidade e o desempenho de inovação nas empresas e que é através das redes interorganizacionais que as organizações acessam o conhecimento que não podem, ou não querem gerar internamente e com isso, melhoram sua vantagem competitiva. Ao final, o artigo apresenta suas contribuições acadêmicas, ao elaborar um framewok conceitual sobre o tema, suas contribuições gerenciais, ao destacar a importância da gestão para o sucesso da rede e apresenta também sua sugestão para a realização de futuras pesquisas.
