Câncer de Mama em Crianças e Adolescentes: Uma Revisão Sistemática

Resumo: O Câncer de Mama em crianças e adolescentes é uma patologia rara, porém deve ser levantada esta hipótese quando o paciente apresenta lesões nodulares na referida região anatômica. Os pacientes com massas mamárias e que tiverem histórico familiar de neoplasia maligna de mama, exposição prévia à radiação, mutações genéticas, que são fatores de risco do câncer de mama na população geral, devem ser abordados pelo médico para prosseguir investigação e, assim, afastar definitivamente a malignidade e tomar a conduta adequada. Com isso, objetiva-se expor os principais tipos histopatológicos de Câncer de Mama nessas faixas etárias, além de suas particularidades clínicas, diagnósticas, terapêuticas e prognósticas. Foram colhidos, na busca, 19 artigos de periódicos, buscando embasar conhecimento teórico sobre esta patologia rara, permitindo a adequada abordagem médica nesses casos. Os principais resultados de biópsia permitem afirmar que o Câncer de Mama em crianças e adolescentes podem ser doença metastática de outro sítio, que é o mais comum, mas também carcinomas, sarcomas, angiossarcomas, além de outros diagnósticos diferenciais que também devem ser abordados como o Tumor Phyllodes e o Fibroadenoma, mostrando que cada com um pode ter diagnóstico e tratamento peculiares.
