Resumo

Os transtornos alimentares causam problemas de saúde física e psicológico, prejudicando a qualidade de vida e em alguns casos, podendo levar a morte. Embora a maioria dos modelos de transtornos alimentares não considera as experiências iniciais como causas, as relações entre os eventos iniciais devem ser observadas. A terapia do Esquema é uma terapia cognitivo-comportamental, que vincula características psicológicas e problemas atuais às experiências da infância. Este estudo é uma revisão integrativa da literatura, apoiado por bases de dados internacionais. As buscas foram realizadas na Scopus, Web of Science, Pubmed, CAPES e BVS. Há evidência de que os Esquemas Iniciais Desadaptativos (EID’S) podem estar relacionados à compulsão alimentar e obesidade, sendo os domínios de Desconexão e Rejeição, Autonomia e Desempenho prejudicados e Limites prejudicados, mais evidentes. Portanto a identificação dos EIDs, bem como a terapia do esquema, seria uma alterativa de tratamento. Ainda há poucos estudos sobre o tema.

Psicóloga. Mestre em Psicologia Forense na Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná-UTP. Pós-Graduação em Psicologia Jurídica. Pós-Graduação em Terapia Cognitiva Comportamental no Instituto de Psicologia de Terapia Cognitiva - IPTC. Pós-Graduação em Terapia do Esquema pelo IPTC. Curso de Extensão em Transtornos Alimentares e Obesidade, pelo Instituto Wainer. Docente de Terapia Cognitiva Comportamental. Trabalhou como Psicologia no CAPS III no atendimento à dependência química. Psicóloga Jurídica no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Alagoas e na Secretária de Justiça do Estado do Paraná, atendendo adolescentes em medida socioeducativa. Áreas de interesse: psicologia forense, transtornos alimentares, terapia cognitivo comportamental, terapia do esquema. Conselheira do Conselho Regional de Psicologia – CRP12.
